SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All R3:BU1LT products are custom-made to order. Once your order is placed, our production partner begins creating your item.
Production time: 2-7 business days (depending on product type and current order volume)
Please note that production time does not include shipping time. Your order will ship once production is complete.
Shipping Times
Once your item has been produced and shipped, delivery times vary by location:
Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (if available)
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (if available)
International:
- Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days (varies by country)
Total delivery time = Production time (2-7 days) + Shipping time
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions - watch for announcements on our website and social media.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping may be available to select countries - check at checkout to see if we ship to your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing for international orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
R3:BU1LT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure or consider using a tracked and insured shipping method.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist where possible, but claims must be filed with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at jackievangen@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
Address Changes
Once an order has been placed and production has begun, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at jackievangen@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins, but we cannot guarantee address changes once the order is in production.
