No Returns or Exchanges
All R3:BU1LT products are custom-made to order specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our print-on-demand manufacturing process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect.
Defective or Damaged Items

- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.
Sizing and Fit
Please review our size charts carefully before ordering. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to incorrect sizing selections or buyer's remorse.
