ORDERING & PRODUCTION
How long will it take to receive my order?
All R3:BU1LT products are custom-made to order. Production takes 2-7 business days depending on the product and current order volume. After production, shipping times are:
- Canada: 3-8 business days (standard)
- United States: 5-10 business days (standard)
Total delivery time = Production (2-7 days) + Shipping time
Why does production take so long?
Every R3:BU1LT item is made specifically for you after you order. We don't keep inventory sitting in a warehouse—this allows us to offer more designs and sizes while reducing waste. Quality takes time.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is placed, production begins immediately. We cannot cancel or modify orders once they're in production. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once production begins.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We stand behind our quality. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Contact us at r3bu1ltofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
SIZING & FIT
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Size Guide page for detailed measurements for each product. Our apparel uses standard North American sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Do your products run true to size?
Yes, our products follow standard sizing. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements to ensure the best fit.
PRODUCT CARE
How do I care for my R3:BU1LT apparel?
To keep your gear looking sharp:
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on prints
- Do not bleach
Will the print fade or crack?
Our printing process is designed for durability. Follow the care instructions and your graphics will stay bold through regular wear and washing.
SHIPPING
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders $125 and over within Canada and the United States.
Orders under $125 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping may be available to select countries—check at checkout to see if we ship to your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to track your package.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
R3:BU1LT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact the shipping carrier first. We'll assist where possible.
